      Top2c05388 homozygous mutants die as first instar larvae with very few (<5%) escaping to second instar.

      Homozygous Top2c05388 mutants progress normally through embryogenesis, but once hatched these animals show a 2-3 day delay in development when compared to wild-type larvae reared under identical conditions.
