        Sirt1EY03602; Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL females live on average 15% shorter than controls and have a maximal life span (mean of 10% survival) 11% less than controls. For males of this genotype, average lifespan is slightly increases (by 9%) and maximal lifespan is also longer than controls (by 25%).
