When Mmus\MyocdScer\UAS.cHa is expressed under the control of both Scer\GAL4twi.PG and Scer\GAL4how-24B together, excessive migration of the mesoderm is seen, resulting in consequent gaps in the mesodermal layer of stage 14 embryos and misaligned cardiac cells at stage 16.
