      Lkrf02594 homozygous as well as Lkrf02594/Df(3L)Exel6105 mutants display a highly variable duration of pupal pre-ecdysis behavior as well as decrease in its intensity (lower contraction frequency) compared to controls. Lkrf02594 mutants display significant mortality during larval stages.
