The left breakpoint of the deletion (twenty first deleted nucleotides) is CATCACTCGC GATCACGAAA, the right breakpoint of the deletion (twenty last deleted nucleotide) is CCTCGCATTT AAATTGAATG (sequence is given in the same orientation as the coding strand of the gene).
