Description

Tandem duplication of about 7.5kb of fru intronic sequence starting 0.6kb 3' to the S-exon of fru and including the P2 promoter. The duplicated sequences are separated by a RS(I-CreI) flanked w[+] marker gene in the opposite orientation to fru with a FRT site at its 5' end.
