      Expression of nosαTub84B.3'UTR.Brd.Scer\UAS in the dorsal pouch epithelium, under the control of Scer\GAL4HD34A, causes lethality in ~15% of flies. Expression of nosαTub84B.3'UTR.Brd.Scer\UAS in the ectoderm, driven by Scer\GAL4h-1J3, causes lethality in 35% of flies.
