    Somatic clones of lqf1227 homozygous cells in the adult wing are associated with wing notching and vein thickening. Somatic clones of lqf1227 homozygous cells in the adult notum have missing or supernumerary macrochaetae except near the edge of the clone, where mutant cells form normal macrochaetae
