Description

The C-terminal part of cos present in cos+t6.5 has been replaced with the corresponding part of cosΔC.UAS.GFP,Tag:polyHis. This results in a C-terminally truncated cos protein (encodes cos up to amino acid 1057) which is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:polyHis and GFP being expressed from the cos promoter.
