      Females carrying CskE481K mutant germline clones do not show ring canal size defects. However, they do show egg chamber packaging defects. CskE481K egg chambers derived from single Avic\GFP-labelled germline cyst clones contain both Avic\GFP-labelled and unlabelled cells, suggesting that cells from more than one cyst have been packaged into a single egg chamber.
