Overexpression of CG1139^GS7120 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF increases both ommatidial and overall eye size.

When CG1139^GS10666 and CG1139^GS7120 are coexpressed under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF the resulting eyes bulge more from the head capsule and the ommatidial array is mildly disorganised.

Although expression of CG1139^GS7120, under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 promotes growth in the wing, coexpression with CG1139^GS10666 significantly reduces growth.

Overexpression of CG1139^GS7120 in the posterior wing compartment, driven by Scer\GAL4^en-e16E, produces an increase in cell size even though overall wing area is reduced.
