      Expression of vasQ525A.Scer\UAS.P\T during oogenesis, under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16, causes oogenesis defects in about 5% of egg chambers. Resulting defective egg chambers lose their integrity at the boundary between the nurse cells and the oocyte, allowing nurse-cell nuclei to invade the territory occupied by the oocyte.
