      Expression of rolsΔ1739-1900.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B partially rescues the myoblast fusion defect of rols08232ex18/Df(3L)BK9 embryos. However, a functional musculature is not produced, most of the embryos fail to hatch and eventually die.
