Expression of Myo31DF^Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of either Scer\GAL4^Abd-B-LDN, Scer\GAL4^tsh-md621 or Scer\GAL4^{Myo31DF-NP1548} has no effect on male genital rotation.

(Petzoldt et al., 2012)

Expression of Myo31DF^Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4^da.G32 results in an inversion of the normal left-right handedness of the embryonic foregut, although other parts of the gut are normal.

Expression of Myo31DF^Scer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4^byn-Gal4 does not result in an inversion of the asymmetry of the embryonic midgut or hindgut.
