UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the jing zinc finger region (amino acid residues 119 to 1288, coordinates relative to GenBank accession AAK49526) fused to the repressor domain of en and tagged with a nuclear localisation signal (Tag:NLS(Unk)) and six copies of the Tag:MYC tag.
