      Pan-neuronal expression of SerTScer\UAS.cPa in adult flies (using 31[o]C heat-induced Scer\GAL4nSyb.PS in combination with Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B) significantly decreases wall following behavior in an arena (no effect on walking speed) and decreases the percentage of time spent in a shaded area in a light or dark choice assay (posited measures of decreased anxiety), compared to non-induced (18[o]C) controls.
