Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in an increase in the number of neuroblasts in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in longer neuroblast lineages (more daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in mild defects in the shape of ganglion mother cells in the larval brain.
