Reference

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain without any change in size of the remaining neuroblasts.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression of CG4615^GD4000 under the control of the cardioblast-specific Scer\GAL4^tin.CΔ4 driver results in viable flies or partial lethality, depending on the particular P{GD4000} insertion line used.
