Adults expressing CG4670GD1978 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

Knocking-down levels of CG4670 through expression of CG4670GD1978 under the control of the ubiquitous drivers Scer\GAL4da.G32 and Scer\GAL4Act at 29[o]C does not result in any observable phenotypes in the wing or notum.

Knocking-down levels of CG4670 through expression of CG4670GD1978 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 at 29[o]C does not result in any observable phenotypes in the wing or notum.
