      Adults expressing Vps52GD12217 under the control of the cardioblast-specific Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 driver show significantly reduced survival on day 6 after a shift to 29[o]C compared to control flies.

      Adults expressing Vps52GD12217 under the control of Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand show a significant increase in diastolic diameter and heart period compared to controls. Systolic diameter and fractional shortening are not significantly different from controls.
