Expression of G-sα60A^GD8547 using Scer\GAL4^ap-md544 causes a curled wing phenotype.

Expression of G-sα60A^GD8547 using Scer\GAL4^pnr-MD237 reverses the orientation of the posterior pair of scutellar bristles.

Adults expressing Gαs^GD8547 under the control of the cardioblast-specific Scer\GAL4^tin.CΔ4 driver show significantly reduced survival on day 6 after a shift to 29[o]C compared to control flies.

Adults expressing Gαs^GD8547 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
