Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain associated with decreased size of the remaining neuroblasts.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in a reduction in the average size of neuroblasts together with shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression of RpS29^GD13723 under the control of the cardioblast-specific Scer\GAL4^tin.CΔ4 driver results in viable flies or complete lethality, depending on the particular P{GD13723} insertion line used.
