      Under control conditions, the adulthood-only expression of rdoScer\UAS.fl under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-NP7397 (and Gal80[ts], for the temporal regulation of expression) does not significantly affect the mitotic index in the female or male adult posterior midgut, as compared to controls.
