UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length Hsap\ATXN3 with a normal length polyQ repeat of Q27 and with a mutation in each UIM domain (amino acid replacements S236A and S256A). The Hsap\ATXN3 sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
