Description

Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}Msh6EY07308 insertion, resulting in a deletion of Msh6 sequences. Part of the 5' end of the original insertion remains.

Imprecise excision of a P-element insertion located 43bp upstream of the Msh6 coding sequence, resulting in a 3.8kb deletion of Msh6 coding sequence. 12bp of the P-element sequence remains.
