      Expression of AnkdsRNA.Scer\UAS postsynaptically in the muscles (under the control of Scer\GAL4C57) does not affect the structure or integrity of the postsynaptic subsynaptic recombination. However, there is a small, but statistically significant increase in quantal size in animals lacking postsynaptic Ank compared with wild-type controls.
