Description

A deletion of the cytosine in the CGT codon for Arg 433, resulting in a frameshift mutation that is predicted to terminate the ORF after a further 45 nucleotides. This is predicted to encode a C-terminally truncated Asx protein of 447 amino acids (1-432 of the wild type sequence fused to a further 15 amino acids) that includes the N-terminal calypso interaction domain.
