    Description

    Mi{ET1} insertion in the Tpl94D ORF leading to an early stop codon 42 bp after the HMG-box. RT-PCR confirms a stable Δ-C transcript is made. This is predicted to produce a truncated protein whose length is slightly over half that of the wild type protein.
