Description

An approximately 1kb fragment consisting of the complete intergenic region (249bp) between Phm and its neighbouring upstream gene and Phm sequences through to and including the complete first intron are fused upstream of sequence encoding EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)). The Phm AUG codon that is present in the first Phm exon included in this fragment has been mutated.
