Description

Imprecise excision of the P{SUPor-P}ScgδKG05430 insertion, resulting in a deletion of 3.9kb which extends from the original insertion site upstream of Scgδ exon 1 into exon 2. A truncated protein lacking the amino terminal cytoplasmic domain is produced in this mutant.
