      7 day old mutant adults have a dilated and poorly contractile heart tube with significantly enlarged end systolic and end diastolic diameters (assayed using optical coherence tomography). Fractional shortening is significantly reduced in mutant females compared to wild-type controls.

      Mutant larvae show normal locomotive ability.
