      Flies expressing dmΔMB3.Scer\UAS.T:HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PB show a significant increase in average ommatidial area compared to controls.

      Expression of dmΔMB3.Scer\UAS.T:HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 induces apoptosis in the larval wing disc.

      The average clonal area of clones in the larval wing disc expressing dmΔMB3.Scer\UAS.T:HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP is reduced compared to that of control clones.

      Expression of dmΔMB3.Scer\UAS.T:HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PBb in eyes using the "ey-FLP" system results in an increase in ommatidial size compared to controls, both when the eyes are dm[+] and when they are mutant for dm4.

      Expression of dmΔMB3.Scer\UAS.T:HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PBb in dm[+] eyes using the "ey-FLP" system results in a decrease in the number of ommatidia compared to controls.
