        StingEY06491 homozygous adults orally or systemically infected with Sindbis virus (SINV) show increased viral load compared to controls.

        StingEY06491 homozygotes show a significant increase in viral load upon infection with DCV or ZIKV, as compared to infected controls.

        Unlike controls, RelE38 homozygotes fail to induce autophagy (assessed by Atg8-II levels in western blot) in response to infection by ZIKV.
