Description

A αTub67C promoter drives expression of the N1S form of par-1, mutated to carry a M329G amino acid substitution (this enlarges the ATP binding pocket such that it can use a modified ATP, benzyl-ATP, as a substrate. The coding sequence is tagged with GFP.
