Description

Genomic fragment containing c(2)M. Ten copies of the Tag:MYC tag have been inserted just upstream of the c(2)M stop codon. An FRT cassette containing a transcriptional terminator region from Hsp70 has been inserted in the 5' untranslated region, 15bp upstream of the c(2)M start codon. Mutation of three putative separase cleavage sites of c(2)M (EQPR to SQPE, DGTR to RGTE and EYTR to RYTE).
