      Garland cells expressing Vps8KK100319 under the control of Scer\GAL4pros.PU are enlarged, show enlarged late endosomes (Rab7-positive puncta).

      Under starvation, larval fat body clones expressing Vps8KK100319 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU do not show changes in the number of lysosome (Lamp-positive), autolysosome (mCh-Atg8a-positive) and autophagosome (endogenous Atg8a-positive) puncta, as compared to controls.
