Expression of Dis3KK101473 driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.PU does not lead to tissue overgrowth in eye-antennal imaginal or wing discs.

Expression of Dis3KK101473 driven by Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 leads to changes in the mitotic cell cycle, with fewer cells in G1 or S phases and an increased fraction in the G2/M transition phase in third instar larval wing discs compared to wild type.

Expression of Dis3KK101473 driven by Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 results in a complete absence of wing blade development (no wing phenotype) and abnormal haltere in adults with 100% penetrance, and late L3 imaginal discs are significantly smaller than controls and show extensive apoptosis in the wing pouch region. Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62>Dis3KK101473 flies show delayed larval development (by 40 hours at 25[o]C). Expression of Dis3KK101473 driven by Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in a cleft thorax phenotype in adults with 100% penetrance.
