      The expression of Vps28KK101474 under the control of Scer\GAL4c564 does not lead to significant changes in the average adult fat body cell size, as compared to controls.

      Scer\GAL4tj-NP1624-mediated expression results in an increase in the number of cells connecting two egg chambers. The normal linear alignment of cysts within the germarium is also disturbed.
