      Expressing mrvaKK103883 under the control of Scer\GAL4srp.Hemo results in significantly fewer macrophages detected within the germ band of stage 12 embryos, as compared to controls; there are no changes in the number of macrophages on (i.e. migrating along) the ventral nerve cord and no changes in the overall number of macrophages.
