Expression of Trf2^KK107538 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ppl.PP results in significant increase in the size of large lipid droplets in the fat body of third instar larvae. Scer\GAL4^cg.PU-driven expression leads to increased number of small lipid droplets in the adult fat body relative to controls.
