      Flies homozygous for CREGKK108529 and Scer\GAL4da.PU show 89% eclosion rate at 18[o]C, but only 3% at 25[o]C - most of these animals die at late pupal stages.

      The functionality of the lysosomal compartment is compromised in the fat bodies of larvae expressing CREGKK108529 via Scer\GAL4da.PU or Scer\GAL4da.PU, though autophagosome formation is not impaired.
