      Scer\GAL4Dot.PK-mediated expression of Mec2KK110818 significantly reduces the normal accumulation of ANF-RFP (expressed via Rnor\ANFMhc.T:Disc\RFP) in pericardial nephrocytes. EM analyses of mutant pericardial nephrocytes reveals reduced numbers of vacuoles and lysosomes, shortened lacuna structures, and disrupted nephrocyte diaphragms.
