      Somatic MARCM clone terminal tracheal cells homozygous for Rbcn-3BFK39 have mostly normal outgrowth and branching but do not form a gas-filled lumen

      Homozygous follicle cell clones have smaller nuclei than those of surrounding wild-type cells. The mutant cell clones often show continuing mitosis after stage 6 (wild-type follicle cells divide mitotically from stage 2 to stage 6 of oogenesis).
