Description

UAS sequences drive expression of cos in which the N-terminal 389 residues have been replaced by sequence encoding Tag:MT(Khc) (this contains the motor domain of Khc, targeting the tagged protein to the microtubule plus ends). The chimeric protein sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with 2xTag:HA.
