      Expression of NT1Cterm.Scer\UAS in the embryonic nervous system under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in a significant reduction in apoptosis levels compared to wild-type.

      Expression of NT1Cterm.Scer\UAS in the embryonic nervous system midline under the control of Scer\GAL4sim.PS results in a significant reduction in apoptosis levels compared to wild-type, implying that NT1 is normally present in limiting amounts at this target.

      Overexpression of NT1Cterm.Scer\UAS in the muscle (under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B) prevents targeting by motor neuron terminals at muscle 6/7 and 12/13.
