Reference

Expression of AP-2μ^JF02875 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PU results in a normal eye. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155, Scer\GAL4^Toll-6-D42 or Scer\GAL4^Mef2.PU leads to normal eyes. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 (and Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi) also leads to a significant increase in the number of boutons at the larval muscle 6/7 NMJs, as compared to controls.
