      Overexpression of PP2A-B'GS676 using Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to an approximate 79% increase in the area of the synaptic terminal.

      Overexpression of PP2A-B'GS676 using Scer\GAL4elav-C155 in larvae results significant synaptic overgrowth in all type I neuromuscular junctions and increased bouton number, though the individual bouton size decreases relative to wild-type.
