Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\APP lacking the N-terminal extracellular domain and fused to a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT)) followed by sequence encoding a lexA::VP16 driver at its C-terminal end. The Hsap\APP fragment is intended to mimic the APP fragment after release of the extracellular domain by Hsap\BACE1-mediated cleavage.
