      The expression of Sur-8JF03236, alone or with Sur-8HMJ22782, under the combined control of Scer\GAL4tim.PU and Dicer-2 (for more efficient RNAi) show longer circadian periods and weaker rhythmicity; the same is observed upon adulthood-only expression of Sur-8JF03236 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4tim.PU, Dicer-2 (for more efficient RNAi) and Gal80[ts] (for the temporal control of expression).

      Adults expressing Sur-8JF03236 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4Pdf.PU and Dicer-2 (for more efficient RNAi) show longer circadian periods and weaker rhythmicity.
