      Expression of Ten-mDN.Scer\UAS under the control of a single copy of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in ommatidial disorder, misallocation of cells, ommatidial fusions, and ommatidia with abnormal numbers of photoreceptor cells. Loss of interommatidial bristles, and occasional supernumerary bristles, occurs.

      Expression of Ten-mDN.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca.PU results in disruption of ommatidial order, fusion of ommatidia, great variance in ommatidial size, missing interommatidial bristles, and occasional supernumerary bristles.
